Our community is based on trust, respect, and honest buying and selling. These Community Guidelines are here to help keep Curvy Missfits safe, welcoming, and easy to use for everyone who shops, sells, browses, or connects through the platform.

These guidelines apply to all parts of Curvy Missfits, including listings, photos, descriptions, comments, messages, profiles, reviews, and any community spaces connected to Curvy Missfits.

By using Curvy Missfits, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Buyer Guidelines, Seller Guidelines, and Prohibited Items Policy.

Violations of these guidelines may result in removed content, cancelled listings, restricted account access, suspended accounts, or other action needed to protect the community.

If you see something that does not follow these guidelines, please contact us or report the concern. Please do not argue with, threaten, or publicly attack another member. Curvy Missfits will review the concern and take the appropriate next steps.

Respect is a Must

To keep Curvy Missfits safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone, we expect all members to treat each other with respect.

Please be kind in your interactions and consider how your words, photos, listings, comments, and messages may be received by others.

Disagreements may happen, but harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, personal attacks, body shaming, or discrimination are not allowed on Curvy Missfits.

Because Curvy Missfits is a clothing marketplace, comments about someone’s body, size, weight, shape, measurements, appearance, weight loss, weight gain, or what someone should or should not wear are not acceptable.

We want this community to feel good to shop in, sell in, and show up in.

Be Safe & Keep it Safe!

Protecting your privacy and safety matters on Curvy Missfits.

Please do not share personal information publicly, including your home address, phone number, email address, banking information, passwords, or private details about another person.

Members should not threaten, pressure, manipulate, or intimidate anyone on the platform.

Do not post or promote unsafe, illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or harmful content. Listings and content must follow our Prohibited Items Policy.

If something feels unsafe, stop engaging and contact us. If there is an immediate safety concern, contact local authorities.

Be Honest

Curvy Missfits works best when members are honest about what they are buying, selling, and sharing.

Do not impersonate another person, seller, buyer, business, brand, or Curvy Missfits team member.

Listings should be clear, accurate, and truthful. Sellers must describe items honestly, including the size, condition, brand if known, flaws, stains, damage, alterations, missing tags, or anything else a buyer should know before purchasing.

Photos should show the actual item being sold whenever possible. Do not use photos, descriptions, or listing details in a way that misleads buyers about the item’s condition, fit, colour, size, brand, or quality.

Do not post fake listings, counterfeit items, stolen items, misleading information, or items you do not actually have available to sell.

Don’t Spam or Solicit!

Curvy Missfits should feel like a marketplace, not a place where people are being pressured or overwhelmed.

Do not repeatedly post the same content, flood comments or messages, pressure members to buy, or send unwanted promotional messages.

Do not use Curvy Missfits to promote unrelated businesses, services, fundraising campaigns, contests, raffles, giveaways, or outside sales unless Curvy Missfits has approved it.

Listings should be for legitimate items being sold through the platform. They should not be used mainly to collect donations, tips, followers, email addresses, phone numbers, or off-platform payments.

Keeping transactions on the platform helps protect buyers and sellers if there is a problem with payment, shipping, delivery, or the item received.

Curvy Missfits may not be able to help resolve issues if the transaction was moved off the platform.

If there are request for offline payments. Please contact Curvy Missfits, so that we can alert the community and contact authorities if needed.

Anti-Bullying Policy

Bullying includes behaviour meant to embarrass, intimidate, shame, threaten, or harm another member.

This may include cruel messages, repeated unwanted contact, public shaming, personal attacks, mocking, threats, doxing, or encouraging others to target someone.

Because Curvy Missfits is connected to clothing and body confidence, negative comments about someone’s body, size, shape, weight, appearance, measurements, or clothing choices will be taken seriously.

If someone is bothering you, do not keep arguing with them. Save the details, report the concern, and contact Curvy Missfits for support.

Off-Platform Communication

To help protect buyers and sellers, Curvy Missfits may limit or remove attempts to move sales, payments, or order discussions off the platform.

Do not ask members to complete a purchase through Instagram, Facebook, text message, email, e-transfer, PayPal, payment apps, QR codes, outside websites, or any other off-platform method.

Helpful links may be allowed when they support the shopping experience, such as a brand website, size chart, or styling reference. However, the purchase itself should still happen through Curvy Missfits.

Moving sales off the platform may affect our ability to help if there is a problem with payment, shipping, delivery, or the item received.
